ARTIST

昭和63(1988)年、静岡県生まれ。平成28(2016)年、東北芸術工科大学大学院修了。

モノや道具など既製品の一部分を大理石などの石に置き換え、モノの一部が石化した、あるいは石がモノの形に物化したイメージの作品を制作している。

主な個展には『with stone』（日本橋高島屋美術画廊X、東京/2022）、『STONE TOOLS』（日本橋高島屋美術画廊X 、東京/2019）、グループ展には『DEMAIN展』（西武池袋本店、東京/2022)、『現代美術展』（神戸阪急、兵庫/2021）、『Metropolis』（高島屋、東京・大阪/2021)、『TUAD ART-LINKS 2019』（高島屋新宿店 、東京/2019）、『On the Steps 2019』（Steps Gallery、東京/2019）、『Mechanical Sensations』（六本木ヒルズA/Dギャラリー、東京/2019）など多数。2022年に滋賀で開催された芸術祭「BIWAKO BIENNALE」にも参加した。

Born in 1988 in Shizuoka, Japan. Completed graduate studies at Tohoku University of Art & Design in 2016. Replacing a part of a ready-made object such as a thing or a tool with a stone such as marble, he creates works with the image of a part of a thing turned into a stone or a stone turned into a thing in the shape of a thing.
Major solo exhibitions include “with stone” (Nihonbashi Takashimaya Art Gallery X, Tokyo/2022), “STONE TOOLS” (Nihonbashi Takashimaya Art Gallery X , Tokyo/2019), group exhibitions include “DEMAIN Exhibition” (Seibu Ikebukuro, Tokyo/2022), “Contemporary Art Exhibition” (Kobe Hankyu, Hyogo/2021), ” Metropolis” (Takashimaya, Tokyo/Osaka/2021), “TUAD ART-LINKS 2019” (Takashimaya Shinjuku, Tokyo/2019), “On the Steps 2019” (Steps Gallery, Tokyo/2019), “Mechanical Sensations” (Roppongi Hills A/D Gallery, Tokyo/2019), and many more. He also participated in BIWAKO BIENNALE, an art festival held in Shiga in 2022.

気に入ったものを石にして残したい

ものの時間を止めているような、新たな時間を創り出しているような感覚

石化していくイメージ

いずれは朽ちていくものたち

数千年、数万年後、石だけでも残っていたら、そのものが存在した証になれないだろうか

遠い未来に欠片だけでも残せたらと思う

I want to leave something I like in stone. 
The feeling that you are stopping the time of things and creating a new time.

Things that will eventually decay.
If only a stone remains after thousands or tens of thousands of years, it will be a proof of its existence.
I wish I could leave a piece of it behind in the distant future.
